Smoked Pork Spare Ribs


Spare ribs or “side ribs”, taken from the belly side, below the section of back ribs and above the breast bone. Spare ribs are flatter and are generally more tender than back ribs, but with a bit less meat. St. Louis style pork ribs are an almost rectangular shape. 400g to 500g
