Smoked Pork Spare Ribs – Full Rack


St. Louis style pork spare ribs. 400g to 500g
Spare ribs or “side ribs”, taken from the belly side, below the section of back ribs and above the breast bone. Spare ribs are flatter and are generally more tender than back ribs, but with a bit less meat. St. Louis style ribs are an almost rectangular shape. Choice of three sauces; Carolinas, BBQ or Texas Tenders (medium spicy).
