Smoked Brisket


Brisket is a cut of meat from the breast or lower chest of beef that is regarded as the national dish of Texas. It must be correctly cooked over indirect heat and smoke to achieve that level of desirability. All our Brisket is dry rubbed with pepper and kosher salt and smoked/slow cooked for many hours in our offset Texas Smoker. 200g. Choice of three sauces; Carolinas, BBQ or Texas Tenders (medium spicy).
