Smoked Brisket

Brisket is a cut of meat from the breast or lower chest of beef that is regarded as the national dish of Texas. It must be correctly cooked over indirect heat and smoke to achieve that level of desirability. All our Brisket is dry rubbed with pepper and kosher salt and smoked /slow cooked for many hours in our offset Texas smoker. Packed in singles 200 gms. Available with either Carolinas, BBQ or Texas Tenders (medium spicy) dipping sauce.
